平成23年12月22日（木）、東大の鉄門講堂（医学部教育研究棟14F）で、PeSeTo（ペセト）国際シンポジウムが開催されます。PeSeTo国際シンポジウムとは中国の北京大学（Peking University）、韓国のソウル大学（Seoul National University）、そして東京大学（the University of Tokyo）の3大学に設置されている公衆衛生大学院による国際会議です。
このシンポジウムは各大学持ち回りで数年に1度開催されており、2008年4月にはソウル大学で開催、今年は東京大学がホストとなっています。シンポジウムでは、公衆衛生に関する各国独自の研究結果や、各分野の最新の知見について報告されることになっています。午前10時から午後6時まで行われるシンポジウム後には、同ビル13階のCapo Pellicanoにおいて懇親会が開催される予定です。
このシンポジウムと懇親会には、東大SPHの同窓生の皆様にもぜひご参加いただきたいとのことです。シンポジウムは平日の日中ですが、ご都合のつく方はぜひお越し下さい。
